Solstice Finance: Incentive Analytics Through a Token Launch

Solstice needed an incentive system that could be tuned while it was running, not audited after it ended. I designed and operated the analytics stack behind it; dbt, Snowflake, Python, and multi-source on-chain data , powering multiplier optimization, wallet eligibility filtering, and capital allocation decisions through the TGE. I also built the public dashboard for the token listing and a custom API tracking TVL retention for wallets that chose the vesting reward option, which Solstice replicated into their own protocol execution layer. TVL grew from $160M to over $500M across the campaigns.
